You're only seeing one of them here, possibly the mama because she's pulling off pieces of a fish to feed her babies. But this pair are definitely the "Party Birds." Their nest is in the parking lot next to High Tides Restaurant in Colonial Beach. One wonders about their hearing because the music can get pretty loud there.
